Open Day

We are running an Open Day to showcase both Phoenix Football Academy and all of the fantastic sessions we can provide and also you will have a chance to view the Charters Leisure Centre facilities.

Why not join the facility as a member and use the gymnasium whilst your child improves their football skills.

Event takes place on the afternoon of Sunday 6th April 2025 from 12noon to 5pm

The event will start 12noon and end at 5pm and we invite you to join us for a taster session and boys and girls can attend at the times below :-

12noon to 1pm – U5, U6 and U7 Boys and Girls (Years R-2)

1pm to 2pm – U8, U19 and U10 Boys and Girls (Years 3-5)

2pm to 3pm – Goalkeepers both boys and girls aged 9 to 15

3pm to 4pm – Girls aged 9 to 15

4pm to 5pm – Boys aged 10 to 15

The way you handled our younger ones with the School Middle School A team, the work at the Academy, the Gothia Cup preparations and all the 1 to 1 / small group work sessions.

An Amazing experience

Looking forward to another year of great football with Phoenix. There are no words to express our gratitude to you, Phoenix and all the coaches for the amazing experience. At practice, at 121 sessions, at Gothia – being part of the Phoenix family has changed our son in wonderful ways. We have seen him develop as an athlete and as a young man. The training you provide goes beyond the pitch and the coaches are incredible role models. Their patience, their guidance, and their support of our boy really brings out the best in him.

Girls Academy – Thank you for everything!!

Just wanted to share with you that Georgia won most improved player of the year, who before coming to you was having a huge confidence dip and often not started or subbed.

This weekend Georgia captained her 7 aside team and they won the Fleet Spurs Tournament (first time she has ever been a captain). Her manager commented that she had skills he hadn’t seen her use before, they have come directly from your coaches. A huge thank you for everything, Phoenix and Toby have been amazing.

WOW & WOW!

Phoenix Football Academy recently hosted my son James’s birthday party and I can only say ‘Wow & Wow..

What a fabulous party.

For 2 hours Ady and Franz had the boys playing all sorts of football games with a match at the end. The 11 boys enjoyed it so much that they were genuinely disappointed when it was time to go home. My phone was red hot afterwards from parents saying how much the boys had fun.

James & Oliver have been going to the holiday camps for a couple of years now and they love it. I have already pre booked Oliver’s party for later in the year. I would strongly recommend Phoenix Football Academy to anyone for both the holiday camps and hosting birthday parties…

Goalkeeper USA Scholarship

Harry has just accepted a scholarship at Wheeling University in West Virginia. He is delighted, as are we, he will be playing as their first goal keeper in the NCAA Division 2.

We don’t believe we could have got through this without you! Continuing to train with you and Harry playing for Shinfield Mens team from 16 has given him the confidence to move forward.
